"Axiom is a great way to get your Certificate/ Education. My trainer was Gavin and I could not have gotten luckier with the amount of help and kindness he had for me. Highly recommend."
"As a local worker in the area, they do not represent their employers in a great light. Constantly out the front of their premise (in the carpark), smoking and leaving litter behind. Can't be a great first impression for any walk-ins."
"The courses were terribly written, extremely repetitive and very hard to understand. It wasn't hard because it was hard work, it was rather simple, but the way everything was worded and layed out as well as what was required was horrific. Bare minimum support given to the student and a lackluster effort put into the program. I had a horrible experience working with this collage. I cannot recommend it less. If I could give no stars, I would. In the end, I decided to just drop out. It wasn't worth the frustration and stress anymore. I mean, Ive completed a bachelor's degree and that was less stressful then this. The only reason I managed to stay as long as I did was thanks to the only good thing about that collage, that being my trainer. Gavin, you're alright."
"Axiom College could really only be described as okay, even if you consider all of its good features. However, in saying that, Axiom College is most definitely most noticeable – at least to me and my peers – for its many flaws. Pros: • Curriculum is fairly decent, and quite diverse in its teachings as it covers a wide variety of different topics and subjects. • Trainers were relatively friendly towards students, at least attempting to help with any queries or confusion. Cons: • Tends to be incompetent (both trainers and Axiom College itself) with the curriculum it provides. While the material in the curriculum itself is decent, it can be very confusing in its formatting, explanation, and the trainers teaching skills. • When it comes to submitting and marking work, they are very irresponsible, slow, and unreliable, often losing or not marking already submitted and completed work. • Inconsistency in trainers, often removing and adding many trainers over the course of just 2 months. • Unprofessional with their work ethics, and in general. Their replies to most are quite informal. On this topic, their staff seem to be incompetent when dealing with any work giving to them, losing it, which requires students to re-do and re-submit any previously submitted work. • Questions will often not have clear answers, which leads to confusion and a lot of the time, wrong answers. Through personal experience, this business has not lived up to proper standards. My peers and I have taken a Certificate in Logistics, which was to be provided and catered by Axiom College. For the entire first term of school, we did not have a single qualified trainer from Axiom, meaning that who was teaching had to be consistently changed until the second term in which we finally got our correct trainer. This, obviously, led to various problems, such as confusion in the curriculum, many wrong answers, and trouble submitting work. Not too much trouble spouted in the second term, in which we finally got a qualified trainer, though the curriculum still had fairly odd formatting and questions, not all answers being clear or able to be found correctly. Term 3 however, was very frustrating. Not only did the original trainer have to leave, but the next one given was also taken out for reasons not unclear, making it so the students had to experience another 3 different trainers. On that topic, while the trainers were friendly, they were obviously incompetent. Nearly every trainer we had lost practically every student’s work in some way, as they did not submit, or mark it. This meant we all had to complete the work again, being very tedious as this was on Axiom’s behalf and not ours. In conclusion, Axiom College is very much an incompetent and unreliable source to receive an education from. They often lose your work, have quite confusing formatting and questions with no clear answers a lot of the time, their trainers seem to be constantly changing without clear reason and overall, the business holds an unprofessional work standard."
"The training supplied is decent, with a good explanation of the theory of the topic (Logistics) and the practical / real world use of said theory. However, upon completing and handing in the 'assignment booklets' provided, I was told directly by my trainer that the work I had done was deemed 100% competent. Towards the end of my training course, I was suddenly approached by my trainer (the third to be teaching the course) stating that Axiom did not have any record of myself or other students within the class completing or providing any of the work assigned. This resulted in myself having to complete multiple units again in order to be deemed competent in the course. Obviously, I am unable to 'pin point' a direct cause of this, however, I believe it shows that this training provider could improve in some aspects."
