"Perfect shopping experience. Went in for a last minute suit for an event. They helped me with everything I needed from shoes to shirts, ties etc. Prices were very reasonable. I needed pants to be hemmed asap but their in store person wasn’t available and they went out of their way to get numbers for alternative services. I eventually found one that was available. Would recommend 100%"

"Went down to Chaps of Caloundra on Bulcock street to purchase a suit and a pair of shoes Tuesday afternoon about 4pm and due to the reason for the purchase(my mother’s funeral)it was quite a hard time but the purchase was made easy with the exceptional customer service the friendly banter and service with a smile. "Appalling customer service experience. I’ve been in store 3 times. The first time the lady called out from down the back if I needed help after I was left browsing for 5 mins. I eventually received forgettable service. The second and third times I was totally ignored so on that final visit I left the shirts I’d wanted to purchase on the counter and whilst still in store, purchased those same items on line at Myer with a 10% Black Friday discount and free delivery. You just lost $200 while you gave all your attention to the only other customer while ignoring me for 10 minutes."
