"Incredibly rude and arrogant staff. I went to return some items today, as per the returns policy. As soon as I mentioned that I was there for that purpose, the employee (older lady, German accent) immediately became hostile. She accused me of washing the clothes (all items still had the paper tags attached and were in perfect condition). She then said I wasn't allowed to return them, but I pointed to the returns policy displayed on the counter. She tried to tell me that all the items were final sale items and not eligible for return, but I pointed out that only one of the items was in that category, and I wasn't trying to return that one. Then she said, "Well, what am I supposed to do with these?" I said, "Um, put them on the rack and sell them? That's not my issue". So then she made me wait while she called her boss on the phone, saying it was all old stock, they never had this stock, etc. It was an online purchase, but it was still within 30 days of purchase, and can be returned for a gift card under their policy. The boss told her to issue me with the gift card. I left the store seething. She treated me with so much rudeness and hostility, and didn't even know what she was talking about. Some serious customer service training needs to be done."
