2nd hand store

"Dropped by to check out some games. The entire game shelves were off limits - had to browse from a distance, which was super inconvenient but doable (although partner couldn’t see much due to eyesight). Two guys run it - Asian descent of some sort, which is only worth noting because they would talk to each other across the store in their native language (so I couldn’t understand). I would inquire about a game, the man assisting me would yell out to the man behind the counter, he’d (I assume) search online prices, and then quote for the game. Prices totally made up on the spot for all games without price tags (40% of the stock). I settled on two games that had existing price tags (as the on-the-spot made up quotes were a little high for the rest). Went to pay... then was told one of them was sold already? I said “to who?”. They said “our eBay”. So I was only permitted to buy one game, and forced to leave the other. Awkward thing is, I checked eBay, and sold listings... they did NOT sell the game on eBay. The listing/sale doesn’t exist. I believe they checked and realised they underpriced their item a bit, discussed in a language I didn’t understand, lied to me, and kept the item. The stock and range seemed good, but the inability to browse without assistance, made up on-the-spot prices, hiding their conversations, and lying about selling an item to someone else has left a bitter taste. Would not return."

"This company is trying to rip me off saying 25$ for a PS3 remote and charge me 45$ us and then stated talking in different languages saying they don't understand this is wrong taking advantage of peoe in this current pandamic wrongful , shamful Good luck running a shop in this manna they are nothing but thiefing dogs . I've bought over four ps3 remotes in the past year and was so shocked when they don't this to me ."

"It's Amazing how it has more or less every TV/Console Between 1994(PS1) and 2013 (XBOX one)! Last time I was here, I Bought a Game boy Advance, With Pokemon Sapphire! It was Awesome! Only Complaint: The Only Nintendo CONSOLE, which is being sold is The Original Wii. BUT! I think it is a good deal. I Had Intentions of Purchasing a Game Boy color, because it was $45, But i Had seen a GBA for 65 Dollars, And even though It had a FEW scratches and had No Battery cover, It was a great deal! "Recently I bought an acer Tv from this store, for an excelent price on ebay. In addition to the TV it was also necessary to purchase a set-top tuner from the same shop. Without prompting, the staff offered me a significant discount for the tuner resulting in its sale price at $15. The entire package - TV + Tuner cost $60. After arriving home I realised the TV was to large for the area I intended to set it up. In addition to this (being electronically challenged) I was unable to setup the connection wires between the two. I returned the two units to the shop where the staff were most happy to exchange them for a TV, simple as, plug n' play. The staff were friendly, most accomadating and went out of their way to help me out. I cannot commend his shop and it's staff more highly and wish them every success. It is sincerely refreshing to find retail staff commited to customer satisfaction of which matches, possibly exceeds, the desire to feed the cash register. This store is yet quite small however I would recommend all those who require inexpensive and quality 2nd hand goods to pay them a visit. Mackenzie"
