"I work in the centre and shop at TOL regularly. These women always have the shelves restocked so the store looks amazing, provide honest and helpful style advice, and are so presentable. Like many of us in customer service, they receive an insane amount of verbal abuse and whining from customers who refuse to participate in safety measures, mandated not by them but by State Govt and subsequently upper management, that protects them and our community's most vulnerable. Customer service can often be a one-way, unforgiving role and even so, the staff still manage to provide a fantastic experience every time I visit."
