Welcome to Compass Institute Caloundra! Our campus, established in 2007, has grown to become one of our largest campuses in Australia. Located on Central Park Road in Caloundra, our institution is a point of interest in the community.

Situated opposite the Caloundra Aquatic Lifestyle Centre, our campus offers convenient access to multiple sports and recreation facilities. Additionally, it is just a ten-minute walk to the CBD, making it easily accessible for our trainees and staff.

Originally a community soccer club, our dedicated team has transformed and customized the space into an optimal learning and development environment. We take pride in offering diverse learning opportunities to our trainees, making our Caloundra campus a signature location for programs ranging from pottery to podcasting.

At Compass Caloundra, we provide structured Learning and Development programs to support our trainees. Covering key elements such as Life and Social Skills, Independent Living Skills, Literacy and Numeracy, Work Readiness, and Travel Training, we believe in the power of structured learning to create meaningful opportunities for continuous development and growth.

We understand that each person has unique passions, talents, and abilities. Therefore, we offer a wide range of diverse opportunities to help nurture these individual traits. Our campus supports a large number of trainees on a daily basis, tailoring learning and development programs to their goals, capabilities, and passions.

If you're interested in volunteering, we have various areas where you can contribute. These include roles in our café, such as back of house, customer service, and barista positions. We also offer opportunities in retail customer service at Wabi Sabi Creations, as well as assisting in learning and development programs, wood-working, pottery, arts and crafts, and administration and marketing tasks. If you have any other specific skills or areas of interest, please let us know!

Our campus operates on different days and times, with Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, and Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

We value the safety and well-being of our trainees and staff, so please note that certain roles may require obtaining required licenses and certifications. However, we are here to support you throughout the process.
