"The only thing really going for this store is the nice stock. Had a walk in the store(morning of the 23/01) with two girls complaining about another girl loudly. Swearing in front of 3 of us(customers) No acknowledgement, then total of 7 customers in store and we all got totally ignored and we all walked out. What, a disappointment. Went across to Jaquie E got welcomed with open arms and beautiful staff. Maybe they need to take a lesson on customer service from those wonderful girls."
"Worst customer service!!! I walked into an empty store (Sunday 11/12 at 12:45pm) with two sales assistant just talking and giving absolute no regards who entered or left the store. They both saw me and didn’t even bother to acknowledge me, the only time I got a hello was when I looked fed up and walked out. As a former employee of Susan's, it’s so sad to see how low the standards of customer service has dropped. Customers were everything! A business with rotten customer service, really ends with no future."
"Checked the website, says open Sunday May 3rd from 11am to 4pm. when we arrive at 11.20am- store closed and no sigh of any staff. Great work Sussan. Then checked Toowong web page, said open to 4pm. Phoned to check- no one there either. Is keeping your web page up to date too much trouble?"
