One of our featured courses is the SIT30616-Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management. At Zest Institute, our main goal is to create employment and learning opportunities for all students, including those with disabilities, school-based learners, school-leavers, those returning to work, and those looking to upskill in a competitive and changing world. We offer nationally accredited courses tailored to suit the individual needs of learners.

Our School-based traineeship (SBT) for students with disabilities combines academic study and training with paid industry experience. This allows students to engage in work for an employer while working towards a nationally recognized qualification that also counts towards their Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) points. Our skilled consultants provide 1:1 mentoring and training to equip these individuals with the skills and knowledge needed for employment.

We also offer a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathway based on work experience. RPL is an assessment pathway that recognizes the skills, knowledge, and experience gained through work experience, life experiences, training courses, and work-based training. This is assessed against the evidence requirements of one or more units of competency.
