"Saturday 22nd October looking for an outfit to wear on my birthday, the lady behind the counter had no interest in serving me or even acknowledging me, only myself in the store, I walked around for 5 minutes looking for a whole outfit needed help, she didn’t even say hello. Must be hard to get even half friendly staff these days. Forget the experience just friendly staff would do. So i bought from next door."
"I went into the strathpine store on 29.6.22 and was looking at jumpers. I held a couple up and then folded to my best ability but without the tissue paper in. The sales assistant came along snatched the jumpers and tissue paper mumbled under her breath and stormed off. I have never met a more ruder and sour looking sales assistant. It was very confronting and by her actions I walked out and you lost a sale. There was no need for her actions at all. It wasn't like she was busy so didn't understand her reason for this and also that is her job. Very very poor service I feel and won't be going back in while she is there if I go in at all. There are plenty of other shops. You need to have a customer service meeting. Very unimpressed."
