"My first and last time. Extremely disappointed and poor quality work. Quality, care and good customer service are lacking. First thing I noticed was the workstation was not clean. Hair everywhere and didn't clean in between clients. Is this normal? I asked for a simple cut. Low taper and trim the top. Nothing too technical, right? Well apparently the barber imagined something else. He was quite chatty to his colleague and did not talk to me. At least ask for feedback on his progress. Clearly he wasn't very focused and seemed to rush his work. He did ask for feedback towards the end. But when I asked to touch up a bit on the sides (because it looked like it didn't blend in well) his face changed and was visibly annoyed and quickly worked on it and blow dry my hair. He didn't even bother to comb my hair in the end. So it looked like I had messy bed hair! I thought what is wrong with this guy!? I didn't want to cause a scene and wanted to promptly pay and leave. All up it was about 10min cut and cost $33. When I got home I checked carefully and saw the blend was NOT smooth. I could see the steps and also saw some patches of different lengths. It looks like he didn't blend to the shape of my head. And the guy didn't even clean the edges well. And it was uneven! Sheesh. It's almost like this guy was cutting my hair with wobbly hands! So yeah. I was extremely disappointed and will never come back here again. Rubbish quality. NOT RECOMMENDED. You can be quick, but don't rush. If this is a first timer that worked, well he needs to stop and learn his art properly. Perhaps others had a better experience with the other barber, but the guy who did mine represents the shop unfortunately. Work on improving quality or else you'll lose in the competition. I certainly wouldn't mind paying more for quality work. But I didn't find quality here..."

"I recently had one of the most disappointing experiences in a very long time. I went there today and asked for a low fade and completely trusted them to deliver. When they started on my hair I could already tell that he didn't know what he was doing but I didn't say anything. I decided I'd give him a shot but I do regret that now. He finished the haircut in 10-15 minutes and that's when I was filled with disappointment. I should've been told if the guy was new or inexperienced. I was not satisfied at all and was charged $58. I told them I wasn't happy with the haircut or the price but that didn't matter to them. Definitely do not recommend coming here."

"I usually loved this place but they’ve gone downhill fast. The young man that did my sons fade today literally took an hour and 20 minutes. He stopped minimum 30 times to talk to colleagues in a differing language, never asked me anything about length etc, and left my son for 5 minutes to shuffle through music. Terrible guys. Just terrible"
