"Great school never had any issues within the 7 years my children have been there"
"I went to this school from 2011 to 2017 and in comparison to my current high school, Albany Hills is extremely lackluster. The facilities in this school aren't anything interesting or unique being rather similar or even worse in comparison to some lower economical and quality schools such as Bray Park Primary, Sandgate District High or even Earnshaw State College. Most of the teachers were very enthusiastic about their jobs and were very personable and connecting with the students. Mrs. Langenhoven is one of the best teachers I've ever had and I even hear good word about her works around the school even now. The schools sporting programs are rather limiting, more so focused on their soccer excellence program and not really focussing on other sports. The track and field side of things are very good quality and well managed in North district and Met North sports events. One of the main downsides to this school is the lack luster and plainly, boring school camps in grade 5 and 6. We traveled to Mount Warning in grade 6 and Alexandra Headlands in grade 5. Both of which were rather dull, uninteresting and not memorable at all, the other Albany Creek schools (Albany Creek and All Saints) traveled to Canberra in grade 6, I was so incredibly mad when I found out our school decided to travel to some random boring mountain in the middle of nowhere, New South Wales, over the far more interesting and exciting ACT. Overall, a pretty good school and I would recommend sending your kid there if you live close by in Albany Creek, but Albany Creek Primary School is a higher quality school so I would personally choose it over this school. Nevertheless, pretty good school that I had a great time at."
"An absolutely fantastic, friendly School. The teachers are all very in tune and nurturing with the children and go the extra mile. The kids are all lovely, fantastic facilities including Canteen and one of the best OSHC I have ever used."
"Limited parking leads to parents often performing dangerous driving manoeuvres and despite the crossing at lights further down parents are known to sprint across the street with their kids. Watch for them coming out between parked cars. Be sure to follow speed limits as they are enforced most days."
"Absolutely love this school. If I could I would give them 10 stars. Love the passion they have for teaching and helping kids grow and develop. They always go the extra mile."
