"Riverview state school is discussing they don't care about the children at all, My child has been verbally abused in many different ways from his teacher I've addressed my concerns as he doesn't feel safe at school, The response back was that doesn't happen! The teacher formally abused my son then rewarded him with a certificate the next day to justify her wrong doing that is psychological abuse!! I love my children & expect my child is well cared for while in the care of Riverview state school. I'm a past student & thought I would send my children to the same school im heart broken that my concerns aren't a priority & haven't taken this seriously he has been absent from school since the incident. They have no intentions to fix the problem. Next steps are to contact Education department!"
"This is a terrible school. staff don't care about their students at all. they even removed all their computers at their computer lab and there are no computers to use! I've even been told this is the most terrible school. I GO to this school."
"Absolutely dreadful school. Some of the teachers are bullies to students, the head of schools don't seem to care about the wellbeing of students or good staff. I do NOT recommend this school."
"I was one of the first students to attend Riverview before it officially opened, I started there in 1977 in grade 5, did a full year of year 6 and transferred to Blair Primary in 1979. My maiden name was Boike. All my brother's went there too. What I remember, they are good memories."
"I attended this school 29 years ago and stayed for 2 years. For the most part it was very good with the exception of one Teacher in the special needs unit who was an absolute cow..."
