"The boarding house is disappointing, the food is garbage and there are forced 2 hrs of prep from Monday to Thursday. Some of the boarding masters in IGS are having problems with polite conversation, they are going to yell at you when you don’t follow their stupid rules despite it’s their own fault, such as not being on task in the stupid prep time. The whole environment is no different from prison."
"Absolutely incredible school. My son has been attending IGS since prep in 2019. Every teacher has been wonderful and supportive of my son through his challenges. Just yesterday two senior boys stopped in their tracks to help me carry my toddlers pram up a set of stairs. They were so polite and more than happy to offer some help. I do wish I got their names so I could pass them on to the principal. Such wonderful roll models for the younger boys of the school. Well done IGS!"
"it's a good school especially the new stem building, most teachers are nice, the students there can be a bit chatty though, and that clearly affects the teacher's moods."
"Went to school here from 2003-2004 didn’t last long got bullied and picked on everyday, being asian I couldn’t stand how racist the kids were. Waste of money going here."
"I was getting dropped to IGS and this volleyball ref guy forces my to get out or "I will call the cops on you" So I got my coach and was able to play a small game of volleyball and then one of the kids punches my and he doesnt care at all. What a Bias Ref"
