"Staff are excellent very friendly & professional i would highly recommend this center"
"A beautiful child care centre with super lovely and professional educators."
"My son attended for a few years and I always felt very supported by the centre. We were really sad to leave when we moved away from the area. I personally think the best thing is they keep their rooms numbers small - 2 teachers maximum, whereas many new centres are adopting the practice of BIG rooms with triple the children and staff. I feel my child is more settled and can engage more fully with these smaller class sizes."
"I love this childcare centre!! I love the vibe we get everytime we walk in, the layout, the educators, the activities they do and the updates they provide.....couldn't be happier!!"
"Not had a very good start with this centre. My sons 1st day I got a call about his behaviour. He is 3.5. I had previously had him see a pead to make sure their were no issues developmentally. To which, the pead didnt believe so yet as he is still young. I had informed a staff member of this. Also being that it was his 1st day he was probably just testing his boundaries. To which a staff member after knowing my son for 4 hours to take him to another doctor to get a diagnosis. This was a massive shock and dont think after knowing a child this long to even say this. Issue 2. My account was debited unauthorised, and at 1st no one could tell me why. It was issues with the debiting account, which I had to call to sort out, to be told it was actually the center that had taken it out. Not only is it an inconvenience for me, but because a debit of hundreds was unauthorised, it caused my prior organised debits to fail, causing fees that I am now out of pocket for. Given all this I decided to pull my son from this centre within a month. I now forfeit my bond of $106 because of leaving within 3 months. Not impressed at all. So the rules stick when it is convenient, but when I'm inconvenienced and out of pocket, nothing. The centre is a nice clean centre and has a huge play space, but the rest I am not happy."
