Welcome to Bay View Early Learning Centre, a premier establishment located in the heart of Birkdale, Australia. Our mission is to inspire a lifelong love of learning for little people, as we believe that the best education begins in a nurturing, safe, engaging, and happy environment.
At Bay View, we cater to children from 6 weeks of age through to before and after school care. We are proud to offer two separate centres to accommodate different age groups and needs. Bay Cottage, located at 477 Old Cleveland Road East, is a four-room Early Learning Centre that caters to children from 6 weeks old to outside of school hours care. Meanwhile, Bay View, situated at 8-10 Mary Street, is a spacious seven-room Early Learning Centre that also offers care for children from 6 weeks old to outside of school hours.
Our dedicated team of staff is what sets us apart. They are caring, honest, present, and genuinely committed to helping young people become better versions of themselves. Many of our staff members have been with us for 10 years, building meaningful relationships with the children and families they serve. We believe that this longevity speaks volumes about the quality of care we provide.

"Avoid this daycare surprised the Lispy manger can manage a centre let alone put her socks on in the morning.... She is on a power trip finds any excuse to send your child home "just doesnt seem himself today can you come get him", even when you get doctors clearance she thinks she can override the diagnosis. My son wasn't coping with his new teacher she suggested to bring in a spoon to scare him with, tried to organise meetings with owner she just says no need to, their go to excuse is there is foot and mouth going around if thats the case this centre should be closed down the amount of times ive heard that or its chicken pox... son is new centre and thriving!!!"
"AVOID AVOID AVOID! My son transitioned to Kintergarden at this daycare and he was not coping well. I tried to organise meetings several times with the manager and was told "there's no need" Good luck trying to speak with her, she accompanies everyone on their smoke break and doesn't smoke herself, or she's hiding in the staff room. It took 3 days of me asking for incident reports and the information was incorrect. I was told I could not have the owners information when I wanted to go further as my child's behaviour was getting worse and I was told no. Then I received a letter of termination for his enrollment. With no meeting, no written warnings, no behaviour plans. DISGUSTING. You know it's a red flag when the staff roll their eyes at the manager's behaviour and tell you she's on a power trip and that they all just ignore her. SHOCKING. The owner called me 2 days after I received this letter and after calling everyday with no one getting back to me. When I gave her my side of the situation she apologised for her lack of communication and awareness to what is going on in her own daycare. They are under investigation with the department for not following correct protocal and procedures and this disgraceful display of unprofessionalism. Look else where for your child!"
