"I recently visited a Woolworths store that really surprised me! It was located in an unusual spot, but that didn't stop me from finding an impressive selection of products. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience all the more enjoyable. The store also had easily accessible parking, which was a huge plus. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my visit to this Woolworths store and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a great shopping experience."

"1 out of 8 manned checkout open at 4pm on a Friday. Customers shouldn’t have to used your self-serve check out with big trolleys. It’s not practical at all! After waiting 25 minutes trying to pay for groceries with a toddler we simply had to make the decision to leave everything behind. The reason why you’re getting a few stars is because your team member Chloe saw my distress when I told her I was leaving the trolley behind and served me straight away. Thank you Chloe.
