"1 out of 8 manned checkout open at 4pm on a Friday. Customers shouldn’t have to used your self-serve check out with big trolleys. It’s not practical at all! After waiting 25 minutes trying to pay for groceries with a toddler we simply had to make the decision to leave everything behind. The reason why you’re getting a few stars is because your team member Chloe saw my distress when I told her I was leaving the trolley behind and served me straight away. Thank you Chloe. You’re a gem"
