"Amazing service by the staff on Friday 3:12pm 25th of August. I ordered the Garden of Eden burger and without my knowledge the burger had eggs in it. I’m a vegan customer and the lovely staff member Charlie offered we switch to the spicy vegan mayo which turned out to taste even better!! Thank you for the amazing meal and we will definitely be coming back!!!"
"Waited 50 minutes for our takeaway order, not 1 apology for the wait or even an update. Saw a few people go up and ask how long their meals would take. Might be a bit faster if some of the staff members stopped having their friends come in for a chat"

"Been here a bunch of times and always get great customer service every single time and the food is always fresh, hot and tastes great. Atmosphere is pretty good, ample seating and just outside main shopping centre. Service has never been more than 15minutes even when super busy. 10/10"
"We arrived a little after 9pm and the staff were still serving other customers and when we asked if they were still open the staff ignored us initially like they couldn't hear us but looked in our direction. I asked again louder and they laughed and said no sorry closed but they had not even started cleaning up and were still making orders for other customers. The sign said it's still open until 930pm but service doesn't appear to be important."
