"Have only recently transferred our records to this clinic after being with our previous practice for 30 odd years. This was due to moving into Pakenham 2 years ago. Was very impressed from the outset with the professionalism of both the dentist and her staff. I booked in for an examination, clean & fluoride treatment and was very pleased with the thorough work done by Dr Prabhakaren. Explanations were given throughout and pricing was also provided before work was commenced. As my daughter had also recently transferred her records to the practice, she gave me a 10% discount on the 1st visit. I found Dr Prabhakaren to have a very pleasing and caring nature who put me at ease. I noted when googling dentists in our area that the previous owners of our house had also left a great review of this clinic and have been going there for a long time. I returned today for a couple of X-rays to check if there were any cavities for filing and was happy that there were none to be fixed. Follow up booked for 6 monthly review and I will be definitely comfortable with returning. The clinic is also very welcoming, clean and bright so I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist."
