"Pretty sure the staff have brain damage. I asked a staff member to see if she had any of the posters I wanted by simply scanning the place it should be which would tell you what they have on hand. Yet she continued to look at the empty spot even though I told her it wasn't there. I've just now tried to order something from this store, according to their website it was in stock, yet they cancelled my order because they don't have it???? Seriously, train your staff better or hire people who finished year 3."
"POOR form Kmart (Forest Lake) Was just browsing the shoes, came upon a pair of shoes with a blue sticker over the original price. Original price was $20, little blue sticker over the top says $22..! Thought maybe it was a mistake, took them to the dressing rooms young girl to scan for price, they scanned at $22. She asked for a manager over the 2way to come down. "Georgie the manager" DID NOT come down. The young girl & her associate were both visually scared to query the price to this Manager with both of them telling the other to do it. When they did ask the Manager, her response was "if that's what it scans as, then that's the price"!! I asked the young girls how this is right let alone legal? They replied, sometimes we have price "mark ups"..I suggested they put new tags on them to which she replied "that's a lot of extra time & effort".. mind you, the pair next to them of the exact same design just diff colour were marked down to $10. There are people genuinely struggling & here is Kmart blatantly scamming & ripping off people. As far as "Georgie".. please do better with your so called customer service & speaking to junior sales associates! You get paid the bigger money & have the title "Manager".. so please g your store properly."
