"Amazing and trustworthy Dentist with years of experience. She is fantastic with children as well as people who are scared of the Dentist. Some reviwers note about the cost - as with every Dentist, check with your health insurance and her receptionists prior as it always varies between Dental companies being not under medicare (rather than a reflection on her costs). Either way, any cost is well worth it for her outstanding care."
"Word of warning ⚠️ I came to G Kiang Chong based on recommendation from my colleague who use to work for her. After my consultation, I was left with a $$186 bill ($80 oral exam fee, 2 x rays $53) and teeth that hadn’t been cleaned. She said she would it next time. Extremely disappointed by this as I have never been to a dentist for the first time and not had my teeth cleaned. Any justification for this would be greatly appreciated."
"Service are good, but leading wise very bad. When doctors ask me did I have any private insurance, so I'm assuming they are the insurance provider didn't pay attention on pricing. I was shocked when I paid bill and they are telling not a insurance provider. This is my first experience visit dentist and this lesson really expensive."
"If I could give more stars, then I would. I have been going to Dr Chong now for many years. I am not the best patient (I've never liked being in a dentist chair - nothing personal), but Dr Chong knows this and has always made me feel very comfortable. Her work on teeth and the quality of what she does is exceptional. I have never been to a dentist that cares so much about the quality of their work. I walk away every time knowing that what has been done, has been done properly without any doubt in my mind. She is very thorough and really cares about her patients - Sometimes even calling to simply ask how things are going which is a really great touch.
