"Very poor customer service! I call to try and get an appointment. Am “entertained” by receptionist with a high brow attitude. Acting like a door b;tch on the phone… just because I have a bit of an accent. “sorry we are fully booked right up to next month! and waiting list is very long! “ didnt even bother asking if she could help me book. did not want me as a customer. and I am with BUPA!!"
