The use of happy gas made the experience comfortable, and Dr Sara's quick and skilled approach ensured it was over before we knew it. "I left in tears, feeling bad for breastfeeding my toddler (despite the many studies showing that breastfeeding prevents caries). The appointment despite being very friendly made me feel as though a lot of judgements were being made about me as a parent. Being told my child's diet and hygiene were subpar without actually asking what my child's diet even was. My child had 8 teeth by 8 months of age and tooth decay by their first birthday without ever having had sugar at that point. My child should be able to lead a normal life without her teeth falling apart there is clearly more to my child's situation that needs actual investigation."

"My little boy had a major dental procedure done by Dr. Narisha recently. And we have to say Dr. Narisha is more than amazing. She is patient, understanding and very professional. Our sensitive little boy did not complain a thing after both check up and the procedure. We're so grateful that we met her after a number of visits at different dentists. However, I have to say the receptionist at the Bundoora Clinic is NOT the nicest person you will deal with. There are a number of incidents where I could complain but I just resisted myself just because I met the great dentist. Receptionists do represent the clinic. She may work alright (but she spelt my name incorrectly and when I asked her to use my legal name, instead of my nickname on the receipt, she scoffed) but she doesn't treat people in a nice way although you haven't wronged her. I give 5 starts solely because of Dr. Narisha."
