"What a turn off. Rarely write review on google but I just can’t hold it. Been Bupa client for 4 years, first time booking dental appointment , have to book months before. running 5-10 mins late for the first check up, told not to come by receptionist and had to take up her tone. She said that it’s a waste of dentist time? ?? I have apologised and asked to rebook it and it’s in March like 4 months later. What an attitude. Never-ever want to have anything to do with this clinic."
"Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Amr Ashmawy. He made me feel calm and confident with the procedure. And while the experience of removing teeth is always unpleasant I feel it went as well as it possibly could. So much so that I now believe in magic."
"I walked out from this clinic in tears today. This is the worst service I have never experienced in my entire life. (Don't get me worry, most of the staff are nice, receptionists are amazing) I had my initial appointment for my cleaning service with Dr Diana Koo at the beginning of Nov and she chatted with me for about 10 minutes regarding my life and work. Later on, she took me to do all the tests and check and told me there will not be enough time for her to do my cleaning today. (I was thinking to myself why did you chat that much if you know you are running out of time?)But I thought it is fine because it is the first appointment with her so we can build that relationship. I still paid about $200 out of pocket on that day. I had my second appointment which is today 7th of December for my deep cleaning service. Half way through the appointment, Dr Diana Koo told me she can only do half side since she is running out of time again. I felt really disrespectful this time, because the same thing happened twice. I then insisted that she needs to complete the full service, because how can you letting your patient walk out from your clinic with half done? She rejected and blamed on the receptionist who did not explain on the phone and I said to her "this is not receptionist's fault, you have done my initial check and you should have knew that if you need more time for my second appointment. " She was trying to argue back by saying what she has explained, how there is misunderstanding. I insisted that this is service I am booked in for and I am not leaving before she complete her job. She then went out to talk to the receptionist.. During that 5 minutes of her absence, I am very very grateful that her assistant (I am sorry I forget his name). Her assistant is very supportive, he clamed me down and talked to me for other things and eased my frustration away. Thank him so so so much. When Dr Diana Koo returned back to the room, she quickly started my other side. But from this point, I can feel it is much more aggressive and painful. I did not say a word to her because I basically felt this will be the last time I visit this clinic. I kept myself silent because I don't want to hurt people by words when I am angry. After everything finished, Dr Diana Koo walked me out and did not have a word of apologize for what happened due to her insufficient preparation and poor time management. And the bill was $780. By paying this much, what I really want is to have a good service where I feel be treated respectfully. Not being rushed at least. As a dental doctor, you should know your patient better because we are putting our trust on your hands. If you know there might be chances that you need more time for the appointment, you should allowing more time. I understand everyone wants to see more patients because it is impact on your income, but at the same time, please also understand work ethic comes before everything else. Lastly, I really want to say thank you to Dr Diana Koo's assistant today, he has been very supportive to me."
"I had the best experience one can have at a dentist office. Dr Amer and Anita were the most pleasant and attentive. I greatly appreciated that Dr Amer was meticulous in getting every process explained, kept me informed all through the process ( root canal) so impressive how sparkling clean was the surgery and the equipments. I can not give enough praise. Thank you for making what meant to be unpleasant experience to be most pleasant."
