Thanks to Rahi at the front desk who was also very helpful and kind and clear in communication. "I recently took my two-year-old daughter, Yara, to her very first dental visit, and I must say it was an absolutely perfect experience. As a parent, I was naturally apprehensive about how she would react, but the staff at the dental clinic were outstanding in making her feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we arrived. Upon entering the clinic, we were greeted by a warm and friendly welcome from Rahi who quickly attended to our paperwork and made us feel welcome. The waiting area was clean, bright, and thoughtfully decorated with colorful murals and toys, creating a child-friendly environment that instantly put Yara at ease. Our assigned dentist, Dr Hesam Rahimi , was exceptional in handling pediatric patients. He had a warm and caring demeanor that instantly won Yara's trust. Dr Hesam Rahimi took the time to explain each step of the examination and cleaning process in a child-friendly manner, ensuring that Yara felt comfortable and understood what was happening. What impressed me the most was the patience and gentle approach displayed by the entire dental team. They recognized that Yara was a little hesitant at first, and they patiently waited for her to feel more comfortable before proceeding. The dentist and dental hygienist used kid-friendly language and engaging techniques to keep Yara entertained throughout the examination. One thing that really stood out during the visit was the attention given to preventative care and education. Dr. Rahimi took the time to demonstrate proper brushing techniques and explained the importance of regular dental hygiene in a way that even a two-year-old could understand. I appreciated that they took the extra step to promote a healthy oral care routine from an early age. The clinic itself was spotless and well-maintained, which gave me confidence in the level of cleanliness and hygiene. The equipment used was child-sized and specifically designed for young patients, further showcasing the clinic's commitment to providing excellent care for children. To my delight, Yara left the dentist's office with a big smile on her face and even proudly showed off her new toothbrush and sticker that she received as a reward for being such a brave little patient. The entire experience was so positive that Yara is now excited about going to the dentist, which is an incredible feat for a two-year-old! I cannot recommend this dental clinic enough for their exceptional care and child-friendly approach. They went above and beyond to ensure Yara's first dental visit was not only successful but enjoyable too.
