"Wow, still shock over the arrogance, "bigger than my matchbox" ego, pompous, rude, lack of care and uneducated attitude from this apparently educated medical "professional", in this case, "Doctor" Sunita at this dental surgery. What grostesque attitude for someone in the duty of health business. I came here a few weeks ago to get a simple procedure done, which was to replace my chipped temporary denture with a spare one. I have had All On 6 Dental Implants done overseas and was waiting for my implants to heal before the input of my permanent zirconium crowns. "Doctor" Sunita was very resentful in seeing me even though a proper appointment was made in advance. After being made to feel like a complete nuisance to her, constant sighing and eye rolls and lots of petty jabs (I suppose she doesnt like the fact that I went overseas for my treatment), "Doctor" Sunita finally did what I came in for. I left, uncomfortable and awkward but was thankful regardless, paid my $300+ fee for the visit gratefully and told her I'd be back for future cleanings including that of my family members. The "Doctor" rolled her eyes and saltily replied with "what cleaning, you wont need to come back" suggesting that once I have my zirconium crowns I wont ever be back here. My comment was genuine though, and my plan of taking my family here was genuine. I was absolutely respectful and grateful during my treatment and could not have been more polite. I also recalled, when quoting my price, "Doctor"Sunita looked at me with that whole "are you going to be able afford it" look. LOL. My entire All On 6 Dental treatments came to roughly $45K Doc. I think I can manage your $300+ fee just fine. I called today to let them know, I'd like to come back to them, get my imprint/mould so I can get a couple of spare temporary dentures as I am about to undergo a rhinoplasty and worried the general anaesthetic tubulation process may damage the denture currently in my mouth. The receptionist was pretty much yelling responses at me on the phone, with "Doctor" Sunita apparently yelling back at her while shaking her head (I was told word for word what was going on by the Receptionist), that "Doctor" Sunita said its "too much work" for her to get my spare denture made, and its not some thing she is prepared to do and its not worth her while. Perhaps "Doctor" Sunita has forgotten her vows in taking up Medical studies of duty of care. I guess you are a relatively new Doctor and your poor attitude shows it Doc, hopefully with time, experience and wisdom you'll be a more caring, kind and less obnoxious Medical Professional. Thanks for making your patient feels belittled and uncomfortable in your care "Doctor" Sunita Asthana - I wonder how the ADA Board would feel about your conduct and the way you treat your patients. I'll be sure to let every one know of my experience with you. FYI "Doctor" Sunita, your poor attitude and care are exactly the reasons people opt for overseas operators. At the end of my All On 6 treatments overseas, I will only be saving a couple of thousand dollars after everything is done including travels, but what I did save that was most valuable, is dodging having to deal with dime in a dozen, nasty, pompous Dentists just like you :)"

Dr Ben was very empathetic with my 3 year old. My son was happy to open his mouth and have his teeth checked after refusing to do so at multiple visits to other dentists.
