"Ever since this place has changed management, it has been an absolute nightmare. First I’m undermined by one of the women, (I was getting one of my retainers fixed as it broke), she placed it in my mouth to make sure it fitted correctly and it didn’t, so I spoke up and told her it’s too loose. She obviously thought since she “knows” what she’s doing she said, “it fits fine sweetie”. Firstly, You’re not even the orthodontist and that is just degrading being called sweetie because I’m a grown woman. I know my teeth and that didn’t fit properly. So of course, I decide to reschedule another appointment with the actual orthodontist and not one of the random assistants I had touching my teeth because I’d prefer to just be with someone else. You would have thought, it can’t get worse. Oh yes it can. Not even two minutes after I left, I am called by the place telling me I have to reschedule as the orthodontist isn’t available on that day. Like why give me the appointment in the first place if he isn’t available! As I still needed my retainers adjusted, I reschedule. The next week, when I show up for my newly scheduled appointment, I am told my appointment doesn’t even exist. I am utterly disappointed by this clinic. It shouldn’t be that hard to book/reschedule an appointment due to their disorganisation. They have wasted my time and that is something you cannot give me back."
