"My encounter with Beachside Plumbing was extremely disappointing. My elderly parents faced issues with their ducted heater in June during winter, prompting them to seek assistance from RACV Emergency Trades. Regrettably, it was Beachside Plumbing that attended the job, and the entire experience left much to be desired. To begin with, their technician's visit barely lasted 15 minutes, which is astonishingly brief considering the concerns my parents had. What's worse is that despite this minimal effort, they shockingly charged my elderly parents a staggering $330. This kind of pricing for such a brief visit is not only unreasonable but also reflects a blatant disregard for fairness, especially when dealing with senior citizens who are often on fixed pension incomes. It's deeply concerning to witness a company take advantage of vulnerable individuals who are seeking genuine help. This incident leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and raises questions about Beachside Plumbing's ethical values and professionalism. Seniors should be treated with respect and empathy, and businesses should be held accountable for their actions, especially when they involve exploitative practices. All in all, Beachside Plumbing's handling of this situation was not only disheartening but also showcased a lack of integrity and empathy. This experience serves as a reminder of the importance of thoroughly researching and carefully selecting service providers to avoid falling victim to such unscrupulous practices."

"So while it might be hard to get a booking at beachside plumbing for heater repairs and servicing because it is so incredibly busy, once you’re in, you’re in! Really clear and responsive communication about timing of the service people. All the staff are lovely and take great care."

"Don't waste your money or time. Had Beachside Plumbing come and do a full service of our heating unit in October. Now that winter is here it doesn't work. The unit is showing error codes and no hot air is coming out downstairs. It feels like the hot air is leaking into the floor and walls of the bedroom above. Called and asked for them to come check it out since it clearly wasn't done correctly 6 months ago and I'm told that we have to pay a new call out fee and for any work that needs to be done."

"Called Beachside Plumbing to look at my gas ducted heating unit which they installed 5 years ago and got an appointment that same day. Ben the technician spent a bit of time diagnosing the problem and eventually discovered that a sensor wire was worn from contact with the metal cover. He fixed this promptly and the heater appears to be working perfectly now. These guys were a pleasure to deal with, provided a very professional service and am very happy they could get to the root cause of the heater failure first time. They were also very fair in that they covered the cost of repair as they had performed the original installation."
