I was told during my check up that I required approx. 6 fillings as well as then going off on a tangent to talk about veneers for my front teeth, when I was only there for a check and clean. Something about his approach just seemed off so I went for a second opinion to find out that I required zero fillings in an otherwise healthy mouth! Do yourself and your wallet a favour, go elsewhere."

"I came in to Creative Dentistry about a year ago to have Dental Veneers done. When I went in I explained that I would also be needing several crowns done in a few months. During the first consultation the Dr was very easy going which gave me the impression that he would be great to work with and if there were any issues that he would address them properly without fuss... Boy was I wrong. When deciding on the shade of white on my Dental Veneers the Dr kept insisting that I not go too white as I wouldn't like it... I explained to him that when I got my crowns that they would be whiter than what he was insisting on.. He then went on to say that his work is guaranteed for 5 years and that if I wasn't happy with the work for any reason including the shade of white that he would replace them at NO COST I began having issues with the Dental Veneers within a couple of months one had a piece break off so I was asked to come in a have it replaced. At that visit I had told the Dr that I wasn't happy with the shade of white that it looked more like stained yellow rather than white and that while I was in that I'd rather have all four teeth redone to a whiter lighter shade as he had promised that if I was not happy for any reason that he would redo the work at no cost... This is where he turned ugly. He said no I never said that and the only way that I will redo them is if you get some other work done and I will still have to charge you extra to redo the Dental Veneers but at a reduced cost... (not what he promised) So I had the teeth redone. The work was average at best. A few months later another one of the Dental Veneers chipped so I went in and had that replaced at no cost but in around 3 weeks it began to get brown and stain... I don't know if he used a cheaper material but for whatever reason it looks ugly and I'm embarrassed to smile now.. To ad insult to injury another Dental Veneers had chipped and because of the awful experience that I've had I'm not going back there to have it replaced because his work is terrible... I emailed their office after speaking with the Australian dental association who suggested that I was due a refund kind of like a lemon law... Bad work over and over again. The email that I sent to Creative Dentistry was never responded to which frankly doesn't surprise me... My advice never use this dentist because he's nice only when you are spending money and awful when there is a problem. I only wish that I could post photos of his work to show you what I've been through Brian Very unhappy client"
