"Customer service needs some improvements. I placed an order yesterday without choosing the sizing, upon realising this I sent an email straight away advising of size. I did not recieve a response so a few hours later, sent another email, this time requesting acknowledgment that my email had been recieved, still no response. I then called this morning and spoke to a lady who said she had seen my emails but hadn’t responded. No apology, just said she was flat chat! I get it, it’s a busy time but when you spend quite a bit of money, all I wanted was to be re assured the sizing was applied to the order. I got off the phone still feeling anxious and not confident at all with the outcome."

"Received my nieces leotard the week of Thursday March 5, 2020 after having provided the correct measurements TWICE, the arms were too tight, the entire leotard is too small and looks like it’s about to rip at the seams. We are beyond devastated as my niece has Nationals on Saturday March 14, 2020. Believing that Silvia P would hold themselves accountable, correct their mistake and expedite a new leotard to us, as they evidently sent us the wrong size, we emailed and sent photos of my niece in the said leotard. We received no response. Still giving them the benefit of the doubt, we called and were told that they were unable to see the photos (which are clear on all our devices). We resent the photos via drop box and didn’t receive a response. We called back and were told that they were too busy to help us. Undeterred, yet frustrated and in shock due to the lack of customer service received, we called back again and were advised by an extremely rude lady that everyone’s left for the day, she couldn’t help us and we’d have to call back on Monday. She proceeded to inform us that we can receive an exchange if we send back the leotard we received, however there’s no guarantee we would receive a replacement as it takes 5 weeks to fulfil the order. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! For a company that prides itself in ‘not doing mediocre and creating bright, eye-catching active wear that allows girls to feel comfortable, stylish & flexible’, you have not only made my niece uncomfortable and disappointed her with failing to provide what was requested, ordered and paid for, but with your lacking customer service and failure to respond, act and resolve your mistake, have left a bad and lasting impression on us. And from the past reviews listed I realize that this isn’t a one off occurrence. Our request is not unreasonable - Due to your mistake, we demand a new leotard shipped to us by Thursday March 12 so that my niece can compete in her event the following Saturday. It is on you to fix this and we expect that you will with no additional charge or cost to us."

"Followed the measurement on the website, doubled checked them. Making sure there was plenty of room to grow. We get it and the arms are to small. We need it for nationals. No time to exchange. How can that happen."
