"A few years ago I had a really bad experience at the dentist which saw to me refusing to go back again. Recently, I've had trouble with my tooth and it needed to come out. Due to my last experience I was apprehensive about going again. I called and spoke to Dr Raman on the phone and she made me feel at ease due to her confidence. When I went in, she maintained conversation with me to keep me distracted as she could tell I was nervous. She explained everything she was going to do and assured me that she would stop as soon as I said to, if necessary. The tooth was out in not even 5 minutes and I didn't feel anything.
