City Beach - Morayfield

"Unfortunately this is one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. After having been assisted with my purchases of 2 hat’s and 2 items of jewellery. Hat’s are so high up you need someone to get a ladder and pass them to you. The shop tags are strategically placed so you can’t try the hat on correctly. I specifically asked the person serving me to make sure all tag’s were removed so I didn’t buzz leaving the store. Well I did buzz and stopped at the door to see what item it was. A young store lady and 2 security men escorted me back into the shop while other shoppers watched on. I was seated in front of other shoppers and removed my purchases.Never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my life. I was then asked to walk both my bags through separately. Nothing buzzed. Turned out to be the jewellery…..I have spent a fortune shopping at city beach over the year’s. I don’t think I ever want to go back into the morayfield outlet ever again. The young lady apologised."

"Where is the customer service?? When you finally find someone to help you with shoes they just give you a box (with only one shoe unlaced) then disappear. Thankfully Platypus shoes isn’t far. She actually got multiple sizes/styles, laced the shoe, check the size etc. City beach is overhyped and I’m done shopping there."

"Ordered 2 pairs of thongs from the online website, they got delivered fine but they were wrong size. We went into the store to get the right size and the lady behind the counter said we had to pay more. That they can't do the same price as the online. When you guys sent us the wrong size so we wasted $10 on freight and had to pay more in store, this has stuffed us around.... customer service is a 3/10 I think is fair for the morayfield store. Can I please have management contact me thanks."

"Omg your security guard and 2 staff are but a breath away from my wife pursuing an assault charge. You refuse to give a paper receipt and demand an email address to send an electronic receipt and on her way out was threatened and intimidated by 3 employees and was not allowed to leave until the email finally came through after 6 longggg minutes on her phone. I would be seriously taking a longgggg hard look at your procedures before a deprivation of liberty charge is layed upon your staff.heres an idea stop refusing a printed receipt. Not happy."

"Lots of cool clothes and footwear to choose from. Friendly staff. They now sell roller skates which im very happy about. Just a little bit expensive for me just at the moment."
