"I love my Lululemon gear. Quality has always been great. Unfortunately a good product is backed by its good customer services and strength of its warranty. Both are tested when you take away words and demonstrate how they are put to action. You always feel good when someone says “sorry” and fixes it, and that’s where my experience has failed expectation. I’ve always wondered how their reasonable lifetime warranty works. Some stitching on one of the seams of pants I have came loose and it’s been a couple of years since purchase so thought I’d put it to test. My discoveries have left very sour taste in my mouth. - I took my product to store and I was made to feel as though I was stealing from the company. I walked out upset and angered my the treatment. - Staff had no idea of any reasonable product life warranty - lululemon’s site is completely open to interpretation on their warranty. It’s ambiguous and clearly is written for manipulation - staff had differing understanding of warranty’s offered and wasn’t clear amongst themselves - I resorted to emailing their support line and have still had no response. A terrible feeling, a sad experience. Your products are great but we have a tarnished relationship due to the way you manage people and the ambiguity of your policies. Goodbye lululemon."
