"Was recommended this store from a friend, and was impressed when I dropped my sons bike off to have the derailer repaired/ serviced. Picked up the bike a week later and was informed the work was completed, however once I was home the derailer was still faulty and gears were not in line. Took it back the following week and was rudely informed by the staff member that the bike had been dropped (he treated me like a liar). The staff member begrudgingly straightened it out at no extra charge, which was good of him. It wasn’t until the drive home that I realised the work was never completed to the bike initially, and they had made a mistake by informing it was. Rang the shop after to inform that this is likely what happened, however there was no acknowledgement or apology for my inconvenience. I was looking for a regular bike shop to get my bikes serviced with and felt this shop would be the one when I initially went there, however I was extremely disappointed with this service."
