"I booked a periodical service with Melbourne Auto Tech for Tuesday morning 4th July . I arrived at around after 10 am. Justin was the mechanic on site , he asked me if I had anyone to take me home and drive me back when the car is done and I said I had no one . Then he told me if I was happy to stay and wait then he could have the car serviced after he finalised what he were doing on the car up high on the ramp . Justin put the heater on for me when I was sitting in the very tidy and neat office and just around 12 , my car was all done .Justin even checked for a possible puncture for me and it turned out that only a piece of stone but luckily no puncture . My daughter and I were driving to Sunshine afterwards and the car run very smoothly and the brakes were sensitive. I was very happy with the service result and guest service is top-notched .
