"Terrible customer service. Never answer calls or return calls back. Also stopped responding to my emails, because I refused one of the products in the quote and suggested to them i will use something i have instead. Totally ridiculous. Not everyone can afford everythnig and have to budget out in the best way they can. Wrote to them several times and no response. Update: They apologized to me and gave me other ideas of where to hire and buy in cheaper ways which was nice. But still wish I got that email two weeks ago just letting me know that they have given what i wanted away to someone else, instead of Leaving me hanging and stressed."
