"Almost every time I go they miss key items off the order, excessive wait times and cold food - this is exacerbated by the fact that you wait around with half your order for 15 minutes while they correct it. The individual staff members do the best they can in a new store. This is clearly an issue with management and the corporate side of the business trying to expand the franchise too quickly. You literally have people in store chanting “where’s my burrito!”"
"I ordered 1 burrito bowel and 2 nachos today just before 1pm though drive thru and my whole order was completely wrong. Since when is there chicken in the vege nachos? All the extras i had ordered for each bowl was completely wrong. Really disappointing! I was told to wait straight in the waiting bay after i paid and wait quite a while for the food, for it to all be wrong, cold and stale. The store wasn't even busy, there is no excuse! I tried to contact the store when i opened it, but there's no store number or way to contact them. How ridiculous! I would like a refund for my order as it straight in the bin as it wasnt edible."
