"Terrible first experience of Taco Bell. We went to drive through and ordered some dessert-snack in late evening, as we were on our way home. But then we ended up waited in the drive through queue for more than half an hour! Unbelievable! Okay, to be fair, How many cars were in front of us? TWO! The car in front of us complained about the wait BUT he got a very very rude response by Taco staff. Not only the staff needs efficiency training, they really needs more customer service training. I hope their management reads this and investigate."
