"This guy really sucks. Sold me an item for $250 as "working". I returned a few days later after discovering it didn't work and he was very difficult to work with. Got aggressive, accused me of being a scammer...anything other than admit fault or issue a refund. In the end I took the item back and he claimed that he would ONLY refund me if he couldn't fix it. I came back to follow up and he had sold the same (probably still broken) item to someone else. Greasy, filthy, disrespectful facade of a business person. Dont waste your time or energy here."
"Known to sell fake coins. Knows nothing about items they sell, cannot tell genuines from fakes. Gets aggressive with customers. Rude and disrespectful. Told customer to leave store when asking about item, said "youre not buying, i dont have time for questions" and "i only have time for customers with money". Worthless human trash."

"Amazing Pawnshop in Frankston. Although there are others in the area, I would only ever go to Prahran Loan on Ross Smith Avenue. They have a great range of things and, unlike any others in the area, there's a magnificent range of rarer and unusual items, including vintage and antique. They are definitely the CHEAPEST on interest rates. As a Luxury watch collector, I have sold them several high-end Swiss watches, very happy with the prices paid, and I have also bought some very nice Swiss watches. Being in the industry as long as they have, they are incredibly helpful and informative. Friendly, very talkative, honest and transparent with their customers, I definitely most highly recommend them to anyone."
