"Went on for a 10k service. They loaned me a car for the day (I booked in advance). They did the service and an ok clean to the car, but never contacted me to let me know that my car was ready to pick up. I waited until about 4:20pm to give them a call to ask about my car. They never answered and after 3 rings, hung up on me. So I decided to drive there. They rang me while I was driving there. Not sure what was going on on their end, but my guess is they forgot to call me."
