Felt very comfortable, no pressure , & can confidently recommend as reliable, honest mechanics . The biggest plus for me was Rod was able to fix my reversing camera which had turned upside down , BMW Service had not heard of this happening & was going to be costly to investigate , another mechanical workshop attempted to fix but failed .
