"I was referred here by a friend who has an older C Class and said that they were capable of Servicing current model Mercedes. Well I am less than impressed with the Service I received on my 2013 C63 AMG. Firstly I had a engine oil level warning 2 days after my Service. Never before have I had this after a Service. Then I had a low coolant level warning light. I didn’t even bother calling them to correct the issue because I had completely lost confidence in their abilities. I took it to Silverstar Doncaster who also told me that the lower sump tray was missing several of its retainers, and that the coolant loss was a result of the cylinder head bolts failing. I was never told this in the Service. If you value your sanity and your Mercedes this is not the place to get it maintained."
