I had it checked by another mechanic who confirmed it wasn’t changed at all. They promised to replace it for free out of kindness, but it's been a whole year, and I'm still waiting for any action. Don't trust their empty promises and find a more reputable mechanic! Very disappointed with their service."

"Booked a week in advance. Handed car over on Saturday with written list of work to be done and that car needed to be picked up Thursday. Upon pick up none of the work on the list done, only an oil change that was not on the list. No phone call or hint there was a problem until pick up despite calling twice to ask why car was just parked on the street outside. Said I could bring the car back, but as I told him multiple times leaving for NSW that weekend."
