"If you're buying (in-shop or online), they have great items on bargain compared to eBay. Definitely check them out if you're into retro video games. If you're selling to them, they buy pretty low. That's just the nature of the 2nd-hand dealing business in general, though I wish it were better. Good for making a quick buck off some really old stuff you have lying around if you just want to get rid of them. Staff are friendly and helpful in my experience."
"I went here for a specific product and was upsold to the wrong product. It wasn't the staff members fault as he did discount it and I was all for that. Staff gladly refunded me and further discounted my next purchase. Unfortunately the original product didn't work and again staff refunded my product. All 3 visits I dealt with great staff members who cared about their job and providing quality service. Definitely frequently coming here!! Thanks team!!"
