"I drove past & saw used car flags out the front & saw a red mini displayed inside. I’m looking at buying one & had looked at another only the day before. I drove around the block & came back to find no parking allowed out the front. So I drove in in my 4 month old Landcruiser 300. I got out & walked straight into the office & said hello. I then asked if the mini was for sale. The male person behind the counter said no with a firm voice & said it has not for sale signs all over it ( I couldn’t see any but was a distance away from it ). I said ok & asked if it was a Rover mini & he said yes. I also noticed a few other classic & vintage cars & mentioned he had a few nice cars. He said they were his & he needed to get the mini out for a drive soon. At this point I figured he was the owner of the business. He got up from behind the counter & we both walked out into the workshop. I said thanks & got into my car. I couldn’t drive straight out so I started to turn my vehicle around to drive straight out onto the main rd. At this point he was about 15-20 metres away & started yelling ‘ no you’re not turning around in here your going to reverse out ‘ while walking towards my car. I reversed out the driveway onto the main road being thankful that I was in my Landcruiser 4wd & could see over the top of the cars parked next door and along the road. I would of been unable to see very well if I was in a car. My experience with Sab or the owner of this business was bad. I would not recommend anybody to take their vehicle in to get it repaired or serviced. He was very rude in his manner & spoke to me like I was an idiot. If any customers had any issues with their vehicle after a service I’m sure he would tell you that you were wrong & to get off his property as he virtually did to me. I strongly recommend to NOT take your vehicle there for repairs or service. He spoke to me like I was an idiot right from the start."

As soon as we saw the immaculate workshop and spoke to Sab we had no hesitation in leaving our Suzuki with him for a complete engine overhaul. They kept in touch sending photos and progress reports. Nothing was too much trouble, so professional and great to deal with. Sab said "leave the car with us and we'll have it ready in 2 weeks and sure enough this is what happened. We have just picked up our car, it was clean and polished and drives like a new car. Thanks Sab, Simon and the team for an excellent job. Looking forward to seeing you for our 1,000km service."

"I took a tyre in took get repaired, as the person I spoke to on the phone seemed like a decent guy. I carried it into the reception area while I waited for service, which admittedly was a dumb thing to do. The first thing Sab said to me was 'You brought your tyre in here? Seriously?' I apologised, said I didn't mean any offence, and that I would take it outside, but he kept up with it, and made sure I well and truly felt like a dill. I told him he'd come in pretty hot, and asked if it was better if I just left. I thought this might also give us a chance to reset. He simply said 'see you later' and waved at me, so off I went. I guess I did something stupid, but it's another thing to act like this. You can treat anyone however you like when it's your business, but it just seemed pretty unnecessary. I'm sorry if I left any dirt on the floor, but I would have been happy to clean it. *shrugs*"
