"The customer service is outstanding! Constantly communicating and thoroughly explaining made me feel very well looked after. He spent well over an hour explaining and discussing the replacements and was very friendly at the same time. Replacing most of the bushes of front and rear suspension and some smaller things took only one day. It was also a lot cheaper than what two former rwc testers had listed and quoted. "Website advertises $99 for a Roadworthy.. when I booked in a Corolla and was quoted $180 I asked why the price difference, reply was Corolla isn’t a small car. Apparently a small car has two doors. Um, Yeah right... Also Had to pay up front. When I questioned this “its standard practice” When the car was “ready” an additional $100 was charged for a windscreen wiper, a number plate bulb and some oil that needed some degreaser to clean it away. When I laughed and said I could buy those parts and do it myself he dropped the price to $80.. I paid just to get the car back and avoid an argument. I requested an itemised receipt was told it would be emailed, I’m still waiting two weeks later. If you want transparency take your car to Western Roadworthy Centre. They’re honest, quick and easy to deal with. The only reason I didn’t go there was because they and every other company was booked for Easter and I needed a roadworthy quickly."

"A friend of mine introduce me to this garage as they have been fixing his car for year, my car needed needed a lot of work as was having some problems and full service and tyres change. The friendly staff welcome me with open arms, they listen to me explaining to them the problems I was having on my car and then assured me that they will be able to fix and should leave the car with them they will call me when the work was done. They told me to pick the car after dew hours and later the car felt like new again and the pricing was very affordable too. I will highly recommend this garage to anyone who has a problem with their car and wants a good work done on it with affordable prices too."

Very polite and professionals dealt with me. 2nd the extra mile which they providing with recorded pictures of their work done to your car is something new for me and very appreciated. No many garages will do that. 3rd, the work quality is great too, and free advises about the car are also appreciated. I definitely recommend this garage and will back myself when need."
