Other places had replaced units multiple times or quoted extortionate amounts just to diagnose and it remained unresolved. I dropped it off to Arthur and the team in the morning and after a quick update in the middle of the day, by 3.30 they had not only serviced it but fixed all the electrical faults (and there were a few)! It cost a hugely more reasonable price than what I had previously feared it would. I am eternally grateful for their efficiency, cheerfulness and ability to fix this nightmare problem.
