"Placed an order last week, says same day dispatch and only received a confirmation email, still no tracking, have tried calling numerous times and no answer, I was on hold for over an hour the other day. I plan on getting my order or a refund and never using them again. Update 1~2 got a hold through fb, and had someone call me, within a few days i finally got my order. They are legit but their customer service needs to be alot better with answering phone calls, emails and sending medication within a reasonable time."

"Edited from (5- starts to 3) After seeing all the negative reviews I feel a positive is deserved. I had a quick easy and FREE sign up and consultation through kush clinics. I then ordered my product. 10g of cherry punch first up, arrived in about four days, I live in the bottom of WA and they are based in QLD. The medicine was amazing. I have just ordered 30g too and that looks like it will arrive on time. I see a lot of reviews about not getting through on the phone, I had this, so then just used some common sense and emailed them and messeged on Facebook to which I got a reply straight away and was assisted. I then called again and got through within 20 mins on hold. There is a lot they can do better but I believe they are getting too much of a bad rap. Thanks guys Edit: received the OG kush. Do not recommend, I know other companies for the same price have way better product."

"Charging top dollar for poor product. 90% of what you’re given is tiny popcorn buds but you’re charged as if you’re buying top shelf flower. Most the flower I’ve purchased has burned hard black ash, their stuff tend to give me a headache rather than help with pain. They never answer the phone and are not truly knowledgeable at all about cannabis. Terrible my advice would be to avoid"

"Do not believe the good reviews below. Most likely the company getting people to write these comment. Says a lot when they have to resort to free appointments just to get patients in. You have to get their overpriced b grade product so what you don't spend for a consult you end up paying for with product. Had a consult with them for my Anxiety only to be made worse by the pharmacist there speaking in such a rude manner that I ended up walking out crying. All they care about is the money you bring in and NOT patients health. Very concerning for all patients that go through them"

"Horrible customer service. I'm spending over an hour on hold only to be cut off before they answer. They say same day dispatch but I'm still waiting 2 weeks later. Super expensive product as well. Not worth the trouble. Find somewhere else."
