"Access by gravel road so you get less people here. If its windy then this beach cops it. Lots of sand and a few rocks at the point. Reasonable size car park with a single toilet"
"Beautiful part of the coastline"
"Nice beach, but horrible last 1.5km road you can only drive at 5km/h"
"Beautifull place, found abelone shells at the Beach. Spent a whole Day there with my kids. A bunch of kangaroos near the parking lot."
""The Point" or "Posso East"... call it what you will, often involves a bone-shattering rattle and roll over myriad corrugations in the heavily-visited warmer months. The road has been like this for the 50 years I have been going there. The "road of a thousand, thousand corros" ends abrubtly at a large rounded car park. Be aware that the wooden wheel chocks here have large protruding rocks behind them which can cause severe damage to cars with low suspension and/or long frontal overhangs. Approach with caution! Explore the rock platforms, walk to "The Kaaraf" (Thomson Creek) or west to Point Impossible, the famous/infamous clothing optional beach. It is recommended that you NOT park in the car park closest to the toilets (and the start of the bike/foot track west to The Esplanade and Torquay) as this area cannot be observed from the beach and has attracted the attention of vandals and thieves."
