Please note that due to the annual maintenance of our beloved 'MV Queenscliff', our timetable has been adjusted to ensure a smooth sailing for everyone. Departures from Queenscliff are now available at 6am* (pre-purchase online required), 8am, 10am, 12noon, 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm. Departures from Sorrento are scheduled at 7am, 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, and 6.40pm* (pre-purchase online required).
For your convenience, we also offer additional departure times. Queenscliff departures include 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm. Sorrento departures are available at 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm.
Please be aware that odd hour ferries from Queenscliff and even hour ferries from Sorrento operate on our smaller ferry, the MV Princess. This vessel has limited facilities, including no lift, baby change room, and reduced food offering. We recommend that passengers with limited mobility or requiring assistance board the larger ferry for a more comfortable journey.

"It was a wonderful experience. Buying tickets was easy at the terminal or online. I just bought them at the terminal. The ferry had a bar and a canteen to buy food and drinks. Seating inside was very comfortable and there were large windows to enjoy the great views from inside. The place to enjoy it the most was on the top deck with 360° views."

"A really enjoyable Ferry crossing. Great views of Sorrento, dolphins and easy boarding. It's not often a ferry journey is more than just a mode of transport. We bought a reservation for a 5pm sailing but managed to jump on the 4pm sailing as it wasn't busy so only got to the check-in booth 20mins prior and was all good. With our ticket we pre-ordered a coffee and muffin each but they had run out onboard of muffins which was the only detractor. They should be able to maintain a supply if it's a product they are promoting as part of a pre-purchase offer."
"Well organised vehicle boarding. Just turn up and first come first served. Well maintained ferry. Inside and outside seating, small cafe/shop with food items quite reasonably priced. Bar at the front, but being used for a private function on our trip.a pleasant trip. Outside areas on the top deck and smaller area at the front. Pay binoculars at the front"
