"Very bad service. Humiliating. The service is slow and they are always out of products. My premmie daughter has asthma and I have always gotten it over the counter. After interrogating me they refused to give me one and insisted on a script. I do not have time to repeatedly go back to the doctor for a script especially when it's an over the counter medication. I have 3 kids and I don't have time to do that. Left in tears. Won't be back"

"We are holidaymakers from the Gold Coast in this area and wanted a simple script filled that I have needed for 43 years. The lady that served us had short blonde hair and funky glasses and attitude to match. Obviously she thought we were scamming the system and made us come back twice to get the script right. The pharmacist was not concerned at all only the staff member who served us. It was obvious from her interactions with everyone else that she loved taking control and making sure all customers knew that. Shocking service. Looking forward to going to our local pharmacist on the Gold Coast. Shame on you Terry White Carindale. More customer service required. 9th Jan 2023 12pm"
"The pharmacist was really abrupt and rude. I asked for a dandruff shampoo and she shot me down instantly and then gave me the incorrect directions to Priceline. Basically, she sent me off on a wild goose chase after being super unpleasant. I don't know what her problem with me was--the person with me said it felt personal. It was weird. However, on the way out a different staff member in the perfume section helped me find the perfect scent for a teenager's birthday present. She was so lovely and helpful. She helped me pick out an age-appropriate gift that was budget friendly. I loved her. She was so nice."
